2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Sarsi P.S. Case No. 175 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 8/20(B)(ii)(c)/21(c) of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and her son-in-law are accused of dealing in smuggling of Ganja.

4. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a women and she is not involved in smuggling of Ganja. He further submits that the son-in-law of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4642 of 2026(2) dt.24-02-2026 2/2 the petitioner may have been involved in the alleged offence and he has already been granted bail vide order dated 11.02.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 81635 of 2025.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a woman and the co-accused has already been granted bail, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the concerned Court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below in connection with Sarsi P.S. Case No. 175 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 / Section 482 of the BNSS.
