2. As the trial has started now, I direct the trial court to take steps for expeditious disposal of the trial so as to conclude the trial within a year. If the trial is not concluded within a year, now that the records are with the trial court, and the petitioner is not to blame for the delay, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
