JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Admittedly, informant is not an eye witness of the occurrence and he had only seen the petitioners and others taking wine on the shop of the deceased on the alleged date of occurrence and except the aforesaid material there appears to be nothing against these petitioners.

Accordingly, above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Birpur in connection with Raghopur P.S.Case No. 141 of 2013.
