JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 08-03-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 664 of 2016, disclosing offences under Sections 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the D.P. Act.

Case is under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and allegation against the petitioner is of demand. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that they have compromised the case and going to file a compromise petition before the court below.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in such view of the matter, this application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2475 of 2019(3) dt.08-03-2019 2/2 to surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks and pray for regular bail, which will be considered by the learned court below on the basis of materials available on record and also considering if any compromise petition has been filed by the petitioner and opposite party no.2.
