The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner was taking iron gate, but he was apprehended and other accused persons managed to fled away. The petitioner is in jail since 29.12.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about seven months without having any criminal antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 592 of 2014.
