The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint case No. 2146 of 2017 registered under Section 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner did not demand any money. Tarkeshwar Sah asked the complainant to deposit money in the account of the petitioner and that is why the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid and the fact that complainant offered money for illegal purposes, that is, for providing job through back door entry, the petitioner, above

No.3026 of 2019(2) dt.23-01-2019 2/2 named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateXI, Saran at Chapra in connection with Complaint Case No. 2146 of 2017, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
