The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 315, 323 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant made allegation that her sister-in-law Azibun Khatoon put her down and assaulted her with fists and legs. Amna Khatoon, mother-in-law of the informant also came there and instead of saving her she started to instigate Azibun Khatoon.

Submission is that there is no allegation of assault against the petitioner. The petitioner being lady is in jail since 28.04.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26675 of 2015 (2) dt.27-07-2015 2/2 named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, (West), Muzaffarpur in Saraiya P.S. Case No. 484 of 2014.
