In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No.18 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that from the possession of the petitioner one stolen motor-cycle has been recovered. The petitioner is in jail since 14.01.2016.

This Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after completing nine months' judicial custody.
