JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Allegedly, 5 gm. smack kept in 21 puriyas were recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 01.06.2014. The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that the aforesaid quantity comes under the purview of small quantity and moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 7th Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, N.D.P.S. Act,
