JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is not named in the first information report but subsequently, his name surfaced in this case in supervision note of the Dy S.P. The petitioner, being brother of husband of deceased, is languishing in jail custody since 07.02.2016 in a case registered under Sections 304B, 120B, 328, 201 of the IPC. Moreover, some in-laws of the deceased have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by this court.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ - (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Md. Saleem, learned Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Sabour P.S. case No.30 of 2015.
