The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Didarganj P. S. Case No. 69 of 2017/ Spl Case No. 880 of 2017 registered under Sections 30(a) and 36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering recovery of 139 bottles of foreign liquor from the tempo of the petitioner as also the provisions prescribed under sub-section (2) of Section 76 of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.
