2. The petitioner apprehend his arrest in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 94 of 2024 registered for offences under Sections 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 8, 20(b) (ii) (c) of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 1 Kg 30 grams of Charas has been recovered from the pick-up van. The coaccused who were arrested have taken the name of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawing this application.

5. Permission is accorded.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3915 of 2025(2) dt.05-02-2025 2/2 withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today and seek regular bail.

7. If the petitioner surrenders in the Court below and pray for regular bail then the Special Judge concerned will consider the case of the petitioner in light of the fact that persons who were caught with the charas have been granted bail by this Court.
