The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 875 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner had been rejected by this Court vide order dated 03.12.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22959 of 2020. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail on the ground of custody as he is rotting in judicial custody since 31.12.2019. Learned A.P.P. for the state has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that earlier the prayer for bail of this
