2. The present writ petition has been filed for seeking following reliefs:

"i) For issuance of an appropriate writ (s), order(s) or direction(s) like a writ of Mandamus / Certiorari commanding and directing the respondents to make correction /rectification in the father's name of the petitioner on 12th marks sheet, Admit card as well as any where it requires to be corrected in senior secondary 12th examination conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi in connection with Roll no. 22637344( Two crore twenty six lakh thirty seven thousand three hundred forty four only) appeared from school no-99999 being a private candidate in the examination conducted in the year 2024.

Patna High Court CWJC No.1416 of 2025(2) dt.27-03-2025 2/2 ii) For providing fresh marks sheet and all certificates after being corrected /rectified to the petitioner so that the petitioner may not suffer to get admission in higher class in the sessions 2025-2026. iii) For issuance of writ(s), order(s), and direction(s) to which the petitioner may be found entitled to get in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the father's name of the petitioner is 'MURALI DHAR' but it is misspelled as 'MURLI DHAR' on the admit card, mark sheet and other certificates.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the fact that the mistake appears to be a typographical mistake, the petitioner is directed to file an application before the Respondent No.2 and the Respondent No.2 is directed to correct the name of the petitioner's father on the admit card, mark sheet and other certificates, within one month after receiving such application.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
