Let the defect (s), as pointed out by the office, be removed within a period of four weeks from today. In the present case, the petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhabua (Sonhan) P.S. Case No. 90 of 2021 registered for the alleged offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 326, 337, 354, 427 and 448 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegedly, the petitioner along with other co-accused persons trespassed in the house of the informant and assaulted the informant and his family members and poured acid on the informant. The occurrence is stated to have taken place on account of land dispute.
It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the

No.5296 of 2022(2) dt.09-06-2022 2/3 petitioner that there is a case and counter case between the parties due to some dispute over parking of a tractor. petitioner's side also received grievous injury from the acid burning. The petitioner is in custody since 16.08.2021. Learned APP has opposed the contention of the petitioner. He has submitted that acid was used in the assault. Having regard to the facts and circumstances and considering the fact that there is a case and counter case and both sides have received injuries along with period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Bhabua (Sonhan) P.S. Case No.90 of 2021, subject to the following conditions :
(i) One of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner.
(ii) The petitioner will remain present on each and every date fixed by the court below.
(iii) In case of absence for three consecutive dates or in violation of the terms of the bail, the bail bonds of the petitioner will be liable to be
