Learned counsel appearing for the Chapra Nagar Parishad submits that all the admissible dues of the petitioner have been paid and in case, if the petitioner has any grievance with respect to the same, it will open for her file representation before the Nagar Parishad.

In this view of the matter, the warrant of arrest issued against the respondent nos. 1 and 2 is recalled and the writ application is disposed of accordingly.
