Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It appears that petitioner and two others were caught by the police on chase while they were fleeing after committing loot in the jwellery shop and on being search made, one cartridge is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner.

Taking note of the aforesaid facts as well as submission of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Govindpur P.S.
