JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER ----------- 09-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Arer P.S. Case No.87 of 2015 registered under Sections 304-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the deceased, the daughter of the informant, by her husband (petitioner) and in-laws due to non fulfillment of the dowry demand of colour Television and Gold chain.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that the father of the petitioner had sent the message to the informant about committing

No.19502 of 2016 (2) dt.09-05-2016 2/2 suicide by the deceased by hanging herself and, thereafter, the informant also came but due to ulterior motive, the present case has been lodged by the informant with false allegation of demanding dowry of colour television and gold chain. In fact, due to some quarrel in the family, the deceased, the wife of the petitioner, committed suicide by hanging herself. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Madhubani, in connection with Sessions Trial No.23 of 2016, arising out of Arer P.S. Case No.87 of 2015.
