The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Roshanganj P.S. Case No. 78 of 2020 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 448, 307, 325 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner. Further he submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15806 of 2021(3) dt.04-01-2022 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Sherghati in connection with Roshanganj P.S.
