2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a complaint case, punishable for the offences under Sections 406, 420, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

At the outset, learned A.P.P. for the State submits that petitioner has been declared absconder and process of Section 83 of the Cr.P.C. has been initiated against him to ensure his appearance in the Court, as such petitioner is not entitled to the relief of anticipatory bail, in the light of several decisions of the Supreme Court, in the case of (Lavesh v. State (NCT of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5567 of 2025(4) dt.10-07-2025 2/2 Delhi) (2012) 8 SCC 730, State of MP v. Pradeep Sharma (2014) 2 SCC 17 and Prem Shankar Prasad v. State of Bihar 2021 SCC OnLine SC 955) as also latest decision of Supreme Court in the case of State of Haryana vs. Dharamraj in (2023) 17 S.C.C. 510.

4. Considering the aforesaid development, petition for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is dismissed, as same is not maintainable.
