Petitioner is not named in the first information report nor he does have any criminal antecedent and while rejecting the prayer for bail of the petitioner, learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Jamui referred paragraphs-41, 42, 43 & 63 of the case diary but from perusal of aforesaid paragraphs, I find that not a single prosecution witness claimed to have seen the petitioner committing the alleged crime. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Chandramandih P.S. Case No. 13 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Sri Amit Kumar, J.M.-Ist Class, Jamui.
