The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Forbesganj (Simraha) P.S. Case No. 740 of 2019 registered under Sections 363A, 364, 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to ill motive. The complaint case was lodged after lapse of four months of the alleged occurrence. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
