JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 13-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner and other F.I.R named accused made firing on the informant when he refused to give liquor free of cost. Moreover, no person has sustained any injury in the present case. The petitioner carries criminal antecedent of some cases but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the above stated cases had been lodged against the petitioner on account of land dispute.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Bhagalpur in connection with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19012 of 2016 (3) dt.13-05-2016 2/2 Lodipur P.S.Case no. 92 of 2015.
