Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Katihar Sahayak Police Station Case No.206 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 326, 384, 307, 114, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner allegedly caused firearm injury to the informant on non-payment of ransom. The doctor has found firearm injury, which caused fracture with contusion in anterior arch of C1 vertebra on right side with Foreign body lodged at the right lateral mass, for which the patient had undergone surgery. Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, who is in custody since 03.10.2018, I am not inclined
