Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Banmankhi P.S. Case No. 276 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing specific is alleged against his petitioner. The specific allegation is against co-accused Md. Anul. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let
