The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is a case of duping the money from different persons in the name of giving employment in Garib Nawaz India Gas Pvt. Ltd.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5899 of 2022(2) dt.03-08-2022 2/2 further submits that good sense has prevailed between the parties in respect of this, a compromise petition has been filed vide Annexure-2 annexed with the petition and this fact also stated vide para-8 of the petition.
Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.
Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate - Ist Class, Buxar in connection with Dumraon P.S. Case No. 269 of 2014/G.R. No.1909 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Brajesh Kumar/- U T
