====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 29-04-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is in custody since 01.09.2022 and is the father-in-law of the deceased. It is further submitted that the informant alleges that his daughter was married with the son of the petitioner in the year 2010 and the accused persons including the petitioner after marriage were torturing his daughter for which Panchayati was held several times. It is next submitted that on 13.06.2022 all the named accused persons committed murder of the daughter of the informant and finally disposed off her body. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner

It is next submitted that petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased and is separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased. It is also submitted that the marriage was performed in the year 2010 and till 2022 no complaint ever was filed either by the deceased or by the informant against the petitioner or any other family members alleging torture. It is next submitted that the death was natural and the informant was aware that his daughter died a natural death. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Be that as it may, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Turkauliya (Raghunathpur) P.S. Case No. 565 of 2022.
