The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 302, 201, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Deochandra Mahto alleged that Hitler (son of the petitioner) took Mahadeo Kumar along with him for bath in a nearby river. Hitler pushed the son of the informant Mahadeo Kumar into deep water. The petitioner is alleged to have concealed the dead body of the deceased. There is no allegation of killing against the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in Muffasil P.S. Case No. 467 of 2014.
