The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner along with others is of killing the niece of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. She has committed no offence. Petitioner is the second wife of coaccused Md. Muzaffar and deceased was the first wife. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner in commission of murder of the deceased. There is no consistent evidence and no

He further submitted that the others co-accused have already been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench vide order dated 01.09.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 25701 of 2022. She is languishing in judicial custody since 15.07.2022.

The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the informant. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Purnea in connection with Sadar (Purnea) P.S. Case No. 512 of 2019.
