This application is for extension of time to furnish bail bond in pursuance of anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 25805 of 2020 by order dated 15.10.2020 in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No.665 of 2019. However, the petitioner could not furnish bail bond within time.

Prayer for extension of time is allowed.

Further four weeks' time is allowed to the petitioner by way of last chance to furnish bail bonds with condition that the petitioner shall deposit Rs.2,000/- (Two Thousand) in the
