Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Hajipur Nagar P.S. Case No. 629/2021 registered for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62027 of 2021(2) dt.08-03-2022 2/3 offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The deceased is said to have shot dead by Aman Chaurasiya and the informant has identified him in the CCTV footage.

Considering the same, the anticipatory bail application of Aman Chaurasiya is dismissed.

So far as Sujit Chaurasia is concerned, he is the father of Aman Chaurasiya and there is no allegation against him except the fact that he being the father has been made accused. Considering the facts and circumstances, the anticipatory bail application of Sujit Chaurasia is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioner (Sujit Chaurasia) be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Nagar P.S. Case No. 629 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.

The Superintendent of Police, Hajipur is directed to get the investigation concluded at the earliest preferably within

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62027 of 2021(2) dt.08-03-2022 3/3 two months from today and if chargesheet is submitted against the accused persons then the District Judge, Vaishali will get the trial expedited through a fast court.
