The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Maranchi P.S. Case No. 82 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the FIR co-accused Ajay Nishad shot dead the father of informant and this petitioner only alleged to be presiding the meeting which was held at Bhola Baba Sthan two days prior to the alleged occurrence.

It is submitted that there is no allegation of any overt act against this petitioner. Petitioner is aged about 70 years old and claims clean antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5692 of 2022(2) dt.01-08-2022 2/2 named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist, Barh Patna in connection with Maranchi P.S. Case No. 82 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
