The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and under section 27 of the Arms Act.
The petitioner along with one Ram Swaroop Yadav is alleged to have fired on the informant but it is submitted that the informant did not receive any injury. The case of the petitioner stands on the same footing as that of Ram Swaroop Yadav who has already been granted bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17347 of 2015.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27781 of 2015 (2) dt.04-08-2015 2/2 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in Jhajha P.S. Case No. 182/14. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) BKS/- U T
