The petitioner is in custody since 23.01.2016 in connection with Supaul Mahila P.S. Case No. 09/2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/366-A/376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(i)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and Section 4/6 of the POSCO Act.

Diary in this case was called for earlier which has since been received.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and also the statement of victim girl under Section 164 Cr. P.C., I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. It is accordingly rejected. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U T
