This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, registered in connection with Simultalla P.S.Case No. 84 of 2021.
As per allegation, the petitioner was apprehended by the police in course of fleeing away by a motor-cycle. 24 litres of foreign liquor was recovered from his possession.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge 2nd, Jamui in connection with Simultalla P.S.Case No. 84 of 2021. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time as provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
