The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dumraon P.S. Case No. 232 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 504, 307 and 327 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that there is case and counter case between the parties. It is further submitted that there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
