2. The present MJC petition has been filed for compliance of the judgment dated 12.01.2024 passed in CWJC 3587 of 2020.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in compliance with the order passed by this Court in CWJC 3587

Patna High Court MJC No.226 of 2025(5) dt.03-04-2026 2/2 of 2020, a reasoned and speaking order has been passed, which is annexed as Annexure A to the show cause contained in Memo No. 3067, dated 30.07.2024. Counsel further submits that the present petition may be kept pending, as, in the name of pendency before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, no decision has been taken, though an order has been passed.

4. Learned counsel for the State submits that, in compliance with the judgment dated 12.01.2024 passed in CWJC 3587 of 2020, a reasoned and speaking order has been passed.

5. In light of the submissions made and upon perusal of the record, it transpires to this Court that the order passed by this Court has been fully complied with and a reasoned and speaking order has been passed. Therefore, the petitioner has liberty to pursue remedies in light of the reasoned order, as and when the cause of action arises.
