JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-02-2020 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 627 of 2019 corresponding to Special Case No. 1553 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30 (a) and 38 (2) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation is that, there is a recovery of 90 liters of cough syrup from the house of the petitioner. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that, he is in custody for more than two and a half months. He is an accused in one more case but he is on bail in that case. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the submissions, made above, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the
