The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 448, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of outraging the modesty of the informant by this petitioner while she was sleeping in her house. He also used to tease the informant every time from before.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this

Moreover, a compromise has taken place between the parties which has been annexed as Annexure-2 to the petition. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Suryagaraha P.S. Case No. 153 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
