JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. Petitioner carries criminal antecedent of near about four cases but in the present case, the name of petitioner came in confessional statement of those co-accused, who were arrested on the spot. Moreover, one co-accused, namely, Pappu Kumar Sah, who was arrested on the spot and named the petitioner, has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

No.18057 of 2016 (2) dt.02-05-2016 2/2 well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Judge-VII-cum-Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sakra P.S.
