JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-01-2024 Though this matter has been placed under the heading 'Orders on Office Notes' pointing out certain defects in the contempt petition, in view of admitted subsequent development, I am of the view that no tangible purpose will be served by keeping the matter pending.

2. It is an admitted fact that this Court's order dated 05.11.2019 passed in C.W.J.C No. 19513 of 2019, violation of which has been alleged in the present contempt application, has been complied with, inasmuch as, an order has been passed by

Patna High Court MJC No.576 of 2021(3) dt.05-01-2024 2/2 the Child Development Project Officer, Parsa (Saran) rejecting the petitioner's claim.

3. The contempt application stands disposed of accordingly with a liberty to the petitioner to question the correctness of the order passed by the Child Development Project Officer before appropriate authority in accordance with law.
