3. It is informed that the petitioner was appointed as the Lab Technician at Ordnance Factory Hospital on contract for a period of six months. After expiry of six months, his services have been dispensed with and the petitioner has no right to continue on contract basis, as such, claim of the petitioner for reinstatement is not made out.

4. Writ petition is dismissed.

5. It is informed that certain part of the salary during the contractual period has not been paid, as the petitioner has not submitted No Dues Certificate.

6. It has been stated by the respondents that as soon as No Dues Certificate is filed, the salary shall be released.
