The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Chhatapur P.S. Case No.114 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 387, 353, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is a local press reporter working with Hindi Dainik Janmat Ki Pukar and he raised objection with regard to use of inferior quality of material in construction work of P.C.C. road for which the informant became aggrieved and implicated the petitioner in this case falsely. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Chhatapur P.S.
