2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(2), 109, 103(1) 351(2), 352, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per F.I.R. itself, petitioner is not the assailant of deceased (father of informant). Petitioner is alleged to have scuffled with mother of informant. Petitioner is lady and claims clean antecedent.

4. Learned counsel for the informant has opposed the bail petition.

5. Considering the fact that petitioner is lady and claims clean antecedent, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from
