The petitioner seeks bail in Manpur P.S. Case No. 84/2013, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of the petitioner figured in the case during course of investigation on mere suspicion. About 15 days ago from the occurrence the petitioner had hot talk with the deceased. Similarly situated coaccused Krishna Ballabh Chouhan and Kripendra Chauhan @ Kiro Chauhan have already enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25957/2015 and 21072/2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26486 of 2015 (2) dt.27-07-2015 2/2 is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No. 84/2013.
