Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 307, 302 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. No doubt, petitioner is named in the first information report but he appears to be only an order giver and it was coaccused Shivji Pandey who shot fire on the deceased. Petitioner is in jail custody since 8.1.2016 and the present occurrence appears to have taken place on account of political rivalry. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, particularly, keeping in mind the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with
