JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It would appear from perusal of the first information report that it was co-accused, Nandu Singh who gave Dab blow on the head of informant's husband and so far as petitioner is concerned, it is stated that he along with others assaulted the informant's husband with lathi. The injury report of informant's husband shows that injury found on his head was grievous in nature.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
