JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 05-02-2020 Since both the cases arise out of the same P.S. case number, they have been taken up together for disposal. Petitioners in both the cases seek bail in connection with Karakat P.S. Case No. 173 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 379, 341, 323, 506, 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)(a),

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6778 of 2020(2) dt.05-02-2020 2/2 26 and 27 of the Arms Act.

There is allegation of firing against the petitioner in both the cases.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners in both the cases is that injury is simple in nature and they are in custody for more than two months and he has filed a supplementary affidavit today annexing injury report. Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Bikramganj, Rohtas, in connection with Karakat P.S. Case No. 173 of 2019.
