The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The petitioner was arrested and he is said to have confessed his guilt and in pursuance thereof stolen motor cycle was recovered from the possession of Bhola Sahni but Bhola Sahni has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17132/2015. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in Maniyari P.S.
