JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-04-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 25(1-B)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, one country made pistol and two live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 15.10.2021. Investigation is complete.
